Interview with Ed Idar, Jr. concerning his experiences as an attorney and as a leader in the American G.I. Forum, the Political Association of Spanish-Speaking Organizations (PASO), and other Mexican-American social action groups. Idar discusses back-to-school drives, the undocumented workers problem, the bracero problem, school segregation, jury service, poll tax drives, LULAC, the Viva Kennedy movement, the gubernatorial election of 1962, and the Crystal City incident of 1963.
